Policies
All members:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of California.
- Must have proper State and/or County identification (a valid California ID or Driver’s License) and must provide identification when requested.
- Must be a qualified patient in accordance with H&S Code Sections 11362.5, 11362.7, and have a current doctor’s recommendation for the use of medical marijuana.
- For the protection of each member, we recommend that you obtain a California Department of Health ID Card for Medical Cannabis Patients and Primary Caregivers. The DHS Card provides additional protection under SB420. California law enforcement must honor the DHS Card as verification of a patient’s protections under Prop 215.
- As the products we provide were not meant for resale, we ask you not to resell or redistribute any of our products.
- As we respect each and every member, we also ask that you be respectful of all patient members, staff members, and consultants as this will allow us to better serve you.
